Payment and Booking
Half the cost of the package you are interested in will book your wedding date. The booking payment is not refundable. The second payment can be made on the wedding day or payment arrangements can be made to suit your needs.
Turn Around time on your Package
On average your proofs are in your hands within two weeks. If your package includes an album the rough draft of your album is available for your approval within the month.
Destination Wedding Photographer Costs
Modern Art Photograph is happy to photograph your wedding at any location around the world. Outside the Pacific Northwest additional expenses are added to the cost of your wedding package. These fees include, but are not limited to, fair market value for transportation, lodging and shipping fees for lighting, camera gear (and / or) the cost to rent and if necessary purchase equipment on location. Destination fees include the cost of package number two for each day away from the studio, including travel and location scouting days. Some destinations will require the assistance of a local driver, translator or handler. Initial transportation costs will be added to the booking payment. Incidental expenses incurred will be invoiced.
