Our hourly rate only applies to package number one (when we are asked to stay over

the four hours included in the package) and couples who choose to purchase wedding photography

services from Modern Art Photograph A La Carte

Engagement Shoot

Our engagement shoot offers unlimited locations (any location in or out of town),

unlimited outfit changes, and no time limit. The engagement shoot includes all the images recorded to disk and a private web gallery.

We shoot quite a few engagement photos in very beautiful places, like the ocean and city parks. I chose to highlight this engagement shoot for its unique sentimental value in its locations. The movie theater, the billiard hall and twinkling lights around town. All the places these two would be on any given weekend day. I wanted to show you that as long as you love the places you you select for your engagement photos there will be no doubt that you will love every photo from the shoot.

Bridal Shoot

Our bridal shoot offers unlimited locations (any location in or out of town),

unlimited outfit changes, and no time limit. The bridal shoot includes all the

images recorded to disk and a secure web gallery. Our bridal shoot is intended to be

taken on a day other than your wedding usually in your wedding clothes. The whole

purpose is to have all the very best images of the two of you taken before the wedding.

This will ultimately give you more time on your wedding day to spend enjoying your wedding.

Trash The Dress Shoot

Our trash the dress shoot offers you your choice of one exclusive location.

Water, sand, snow, mountains, ocean, woods or meadow, you name it

and we will assist you in photographing the perfect location. Together with your inspiration and

our expertise we will create the ultimate on location wedding photography.

Photobooth

Our photobooth offers you a studio portrait setting during your reception for four hours.

You keep all the high-resolution images. Some clients prefer to use the view

the wedding venue offers and some clients prefer to use a studio backdrop.

Our reprints are guaranteed.

If they are ever damaged by you or by defect

we will replace them at no charge to you. We want you to be happy for a lifetime with

your photos. We only require the damaged print in exchange for the new one.

Our prints are printed on Fuji Crystal Archive and Kodak Metallic papers.

Digital Negatives Recorded to DVD

Digital Negatives include copyright. This means you can make prints at your lab or post them to the web at your own discretion. If you prefer you may download one or all of your images from the web. We are happy to provide your images recorded to DVD and packaged in our boutique packaging at no additional cost. The digital negatives recorded DVD are preapared and ready for pick up within two weeks.

Proofs and Proofing

Printed proofs are $250

Proofing is a way for you to view and select images after they have been taken. Most people view proof their wedding photographs online. The proofs are loaded to a secure pass code protected gallery where you can view your images days after your wedding. We only give the pass code to the bride and groom who may give the pass code out or keep the images private. Some of our clients prefer printed proofs. Our pinted proofs include up to 600 4x6 prints and are either deliverd in an album or loose at your preferance. Our printed proofs are prepared within two weeks of your wedding.

Wedding Albums

Our wedding albums come in a variety of shapes and styles. From the very small to the very large and somewhere in between. The album covers come in brushed aluminum, brushed copper, Italian leather, premium Italian leather (a thicker leather), and acrylic photo cover. The photographs are mounted to heavy duty pages 2/8ths of an inch thick. The page count for each album is up to you. Additional pages can be added to just about any album. If you are concerned about album care, we offer album cases to protect your album. The graphic design for each album is completed in house. This means you can have a say in every aspect of your album creation. Each album takes a few days to be created and you have the final say on each photo in your album.

The Modern Classic Wedding Album

The Modern Classic is our new favorite wedding album. The Modern Classic is offered in premium black leather with a molded binding and heavy duty pages . The legend comes with a protective album case and is printed with premium Kodak papers. Make an appointment to come by our studio to view our albums in person and see pricing information.

The Flush Print Album

Flush Print means the photos printed on the pages are flush with the edges of the book. A 10x10 book contains posters of 10x20 offering quite the impact. Our flush print album offers pages gilded in silver or gold or plain black and a binding wrapped in the leather of your choice. The cover of our flush mount album can be any color leather you like along with the option of photo acrylic canvass, brushed aluminum and brushed copper. The Flat Panorama Album

The Flat Panorama album offers full page photos and panoramic photos where one image can be printed across two pages. Your choic of cover options, your choice of the amount of pages. The Flat Panorama album offers all the features of the Flush Print album with a slimmer profile.

Payment and Booking

Half the cost of the package you are interested in will book your wedding date. The booking payment is not refundable. The second payment can be made on the wedding day or payment arrangements can be made to suit your needs.

Third Party Payment

Third party payments are welcome. Notification is requested for third party payment.

Turn Around time on your Package

On average your proofs are in your hands within two weeks. If your package includes an album the rough draft of your album is available for your approval within the month.

Destination Wedding Photographer Costs

We are happy to photograph your wedding at any location you like. Outside the Portland area we add our travel expenses to the cost of your wedding package. These expenses include fair market value for economy transportation and lodging.
